UFGS 01 32 17.00 20 Cost-Loaded Network Analysis Schedules (NAS)

Updated to clarify cost loading and price and payment procedures.

Complete review and update. Added new Related Materials: "Contractor Baseline Schedule General Commissioning/HVAC Review Checklist"

In response to the following CCRs: CCR 8739, paragraph "Construction Activities" (1.10.2.5.6) has been updated to clarify federal holidays; CCR 8891, clarified schedule deliverables due from the contractor and added checklists for the KTR as attachments (found under Related Materials) ; CCR 8971, revised Note in Submittals Article regarding Design-Build Requirements; and CCR 8823, changes to submittal requirements for NAVFAC PAC to mitigate schedule impacts: updated paragraphs "Project Baseline Schedule" (1.2.2), Submittal Article SD-01, and "DESIGNATED PROJECT SCHEDULER" (1.9).

Updated section to include the required Oracle Primavera P6 software settings to be utilized in preparation and maintenance of the construction schedule and the tabular reports required to be submitted with each monthly invoice.

Corrected notes and paragraphs, for DB and DBB, on Baseline NAS submittals and requirements.

Combined with Design-Build Section 01 32 17.05 20. Updated Activity Identification and Organization, Design Activities, and Time Impact Analysis. Added Commissioning Activities.

Revised the Time Impact Analysis (TIA) action for Concurrent Delays

Administrative changes to use of "must." Modified Monthly Network Analysis and Contract Administration paragraphs.

Title changed from NETWORK ANALYSIS SCHEDULES (NAS); thoroughly revised to Primavera P6, Updated WBS & Activity Codes and Settings.

Modified subparts 1.4 and 1.4 to add Primavera P6

Revised first note in subpart 1.6.2.5
