UFGS 01 78 24.00 20 Facility Data Workbook (FDW)

In response to CCR 13686, added "eOMSI" to the Definitions paragraph (1.1)

Removed Operation and Maintenance Manual requirements throughout, this content has been incorporated into UFGS 01 78 23. Only Facility Data Workbook requirements remain in this section. Section Title changed from FACILITY ELECTRONIC OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT INFORMATION (eOMSI) to FACILITY DATA WORKBOOK (FDW).

In response to CCR 8939, added bracketed option for section UFGS 01 32 16.00 20 in Pre-Construction/Post-Award Kickoff Meeting paragraph. Added "Marine Corps Installations" to General Note and updated Notes for the Facility Data Workbook; modified Notes and paragraphs to have either brackets or tailoring, not both.

In opening Note, incorporated Navy thresholds, from cancelled Navy ECB 2014-01, that require use of UFGS 01 78 24.00 20, and updated Facility Data Workbook.

Changes coordinated with section 01 78 23 revision. Moved training and O&M Manual format to 01 78 23. Added resolutions in event of discrepancies in provided FDW, and unsuccessful Field Verification.

Deleted eOMSI manual for Primary Systems; incorporated requirements into other manuals. Coordinated FACILITY INFORMATION in this section with Section 01 78 23. Updated Record Drawing.

Clarified how to download eOMSI Facility Data Workbook, added reference to Section 01 32 17.00 20, and in 2.3, item e, added Asset number provided by Govt.

Added reference note to newly published ECB; changed validation to verification, and deleted manuals from verification process.

Revised "eOMSI documents" to "eOMSI Manual", revised "eOMSI Facility data" to "eOMSI Facility Data Workbook" and revised throughout to coordinate requirements.

Revised note before part 1.

Modified subparts 1.2.2 - 1.2.4, 1.2.8, 1.4.2, 1.8.1, 1.9.3, 2.1.1.1 - 2.1.2.4
