Modifications included references, submittals, new jet fuels and requirements for the following in accordance with the update of DoD Aboveground Storage Tank Standard AW 78-24-27: columns, pressure/vacuum vents, antirotation cables, center roof vents, roof manholes, roof circulation vent/inspection hatches, water draw-off systems, sidestream filtration systems, weld inspections and stilling wells.
