UFGS 01 57 19 Temporary Environmental Controls

Revised to align with current industry standards and DoD requirements. This Section supersedes UFGS-01 57 19.00 20 Supplemental Temporary Environmental Controls as all requirements are contained within this Tri-Service, tailorable specification as reorganized paragraphs in a hierarchical presentation.

Added Note to Submittal Article with instructions for Navy Design-Build projects. In response to CCR 10213, updated requirements for NAVFAC PAC DB and DBB in Environmental Protection Plan paragraph.

In response to CCR 8832, changes to submittal requirements for NAVFAC PAC to mitigate schedule impacts: added Note under Submittal Article SD-01 and paragraph "ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PLAN" (1.7); under paragraphs "Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan" (3.2.1.1) and "Stormwater Notice of Intent for Construction Activities" (3.2.1.2) added note and text.

In response to the following CCRs: #5233 - revised language in paragraph "Dust Control" (3.5.7) to reflect the Crystalline Silica hazard associated with cement and concrete products per the new OSHA Standard of Crystalline Silica; #5733 - "Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan" has been added as a submittal item under SD-01 and in paragraph "Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan" (3.2.1.1); #7178 - revision to clarify submittal item "Solid Waste Management Report", updated as "Monthly Solid Waste Disposal Report" in Part 1 (1.11.1) and "Project Solid Waste Disposal Documentation Report" in Part 3 (3.7.2.1) and in the Submittal Article under SD-06 and SD-11 respectively; #7179 - added a new row "C&D Debris Composted" to table under paragraph Nonhazardous Solid Waste Diversion Report (3.6.2)

In response to CCR 7194, FAR clause 52.242-14 Suspension of Work was added to the paragraph "Non-Compliance Notifications"; updated links per CCRs 7375 and 7376
