Administrative Change: Preparing Activity changed from NASA to Army.

Incorporation of the following CCRs: Incorporated PPI Information CCR# 7812 - Changed Title to Certification of Submittal in 1.17 CCR# 7894 - Updated paragraph 1.6.1 for non-Army projects CCR# 8991 - Added 23 09 00 to paragraph 1.5.2 CCR# 9026 - Deleted the 2nd sentence in par 1.10.2. Added “For variations that include design changes or some material or product substitutions, the Government may require an evaluation and analysis by a licensed professional engineer hired by the contractor. in para 1.10.1 CCR# 9065 - Deleted Tailoring Notes for 1.4.2.1, 1.4.2.2, 1.4.2.3 and 1.4.2.4. 02/28/19 INTERIM RELEASE: This section was updated in response to CCR's 7314 and 7315 - the banner was incorrectly marked and was corrected to indicate Change 2; the command Execute Revisions was run to eliminate formatting elements that displayed in the previous version.

Submittal Note updated and tailoring changes.

Tri-Annual Database Maintenance (TADM) which consists of updating of Section Format, imperative language and formatting review, and verification of all reports and spelling.

Updated to coordinate archiving of Navy Section 23 09 23.13 20 BACnet Direct Digital Control Systems for HVAC to meet the requirement of 10 USC 2867 to adopt a "Department-wide, Open Protocol, Energy Monitoring and Utility Control System Specification" for use in military construction and military family housing activities.: Changed MSDS to SDS

Replaced 01 45 00.10 10 QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM (QCS) with 01 45 00.15 10 RESIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONTRACTOR MODE (RMS CM) in Subpart 1.9 SUBMITTAL REGISTER AND DATABASE.

Revised the following three subparts, 1.4.1, 1.4.3, 1.11.4, due to releasing Section 01 33 16.00 10 DESIGN DATA [DESIGN AFTER AWARDS] for use on USACE Design-Build projects only.

Incorporated outstanding CCR's.

Subpart 1.2.1, under SD-11, deleted the mention of DD Form 1354; Subpart 1.4.7, corrected typo, changed tittle to Sustainability Reporting Submittals (S), revised the 1st and 2nd paragraph ; added Sub[art 1.6.10, 1.6.10.1 and 1.6.11; Subpart 1.11.1, revised paragraph; added paragraph "j." to Subpart 1.11.3; Subpart 1.13, added the word "Contract" prior to the word clause, entitled "Changes.".

Per USACE request, adjusted the Note in the following subparts, 1.4.1, 1.4.3, 1.11.4, to let the designers know they can only use the wording in the Model RFP for guidance but can't get the file, Section 01 33 16 Design After Award is not a UFGS Section.
