UFGS 09 90 00 Paints and Coatings

Complete review and update.

In response to the following CCRs: CCR 3281, corrected metric equivalent measurements in "Existing Surfaces with a Bituminous or Mastic-Type Coating" (3.5.6), "Concrete and Masonry" (3.6.1), and "New[, Existing Uncoated,][ and ][Existing Coated] Plywood and Wood Surfaces, Except Floors" (3.7.1); CCR 4282, added the options of corrosive environments to "Exterior Paint Tables" (3.15.1), EXTERIOR GALVANIZED SURFACES, "G" and "H"; CCR 6392, removed references to SCS Global; CCR 6869, removed "MPI 7" from References and replaced "MPI 7" with "MPI 6" in "Exterior Paint Tables" (3.15.1), Division 6 "A"; and CCR 8722, capitalized "Contractor" throughout.

Added note to use UFGS 03 31 29 or UFGS 03 31 30 in ESC C4 and C5 locations or where deicing salts.

Sustainability updates required to coordinate with the Federal Codes and DoD policies and procedures.

Changed Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
