UFGS 07 27 26 Fluid-Applied Membrane Barriers

Complete review and update including the incorporation of CCRs.

In response to the following CCRs: 8742, "Qualifications of Manufacturer" and "Qualification of Installer" were removed from SD-07 in the Submittal Article since both are already listed under SD-01; and 8779, added Specifier Note and dry film thickness requirements to paragraph "Installation of Fluid-Applied Membrane Air Barrier" (3.3.3) .

Sustainability updates required to coordinate with the Federal Codes and DoD policies and procedures.

New specifications for vapor permeable and vapor retarding fluid applied air barrier systems as part of the building enclosure system. Use this section in conjunction with Section 07 27 10.00 10, BUILDING AIR BARRIER SYSTEM and Section 07 05 23 PRESSURE TESTING AN AIR BARRIER SYSTEM FOR AIR TIGHTNESS.
