UFGS 33 56 21.17 Single Wall Aboveground Fixed Roof Steel POL Storage Tank

In response to various CCRs, including #11869, added ASME BPVC IX to "References" and "Welding Qualifications" paragraph (1.6.1); #11875 added API Std 650 to "Shell Height" paragraph (1.5.1.2), #11983 updated "Roof Perimeter Guardrail" paragraph (2.13.10) and added new Designer Note; #6124 removed wiper requirement and added non-corrosive materials for tape drum and cassette to "Mechanical Tape Level Gauge" (2.13.5) and (2.13.6) paragraphs; and #11261, revised opening Note to coordinate use of floating pans with UFC 3-460-01.

Updated Reference Article and paragraphs "Weld Inspector Certification" (1.9.4), "Qualifications of API Std 653 Inspector" (1.9.7), "Mechanical Tape Level Gauge" (2.13.5) to clarify and incorporate CCRs.
