UFGS 26 29 23 Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) Systems Under 600 Volts

Changes made to address various CCRs: added "IEC 61000-3-12" to References and paragraph Power Line Surge Protection (1.3.2.1); replaced reference UL 508C with "UL 61800-5-1"; ASD was changed to "110" percent in list item d. and "IEC" was added to list item r. in article (2.1) ADJUSTABLE SPEED DRIVES ; and article (2.2) ENCLOSURES was updated.

Complete review and update, including Section Title change (was VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE SYSTEMS UNDER 600 VOLTS)

Sustainability updates required to coordinate with the Federal Codes and DoD policies and procedures.
