Complete review and update to incorporate CCRs

In response to the following: CCR 10728, "Cable Trays" and optional "Cable Tray Design Data" were added to the Submittal Article under SD-03 and SD-05, respectively, and tagged in the CABLE TRAY paragraph; CCR 10729, optional text added for the cable tray to serve as the EGC in the Trough-Type Cable Trays, Ladder-Type Cable Trays, and Channel-Type Cable Trays paragraphs; and CCR 10730, able Tray Installation paragraph has been updated to prevent partial or complete obstruction of access by cable tray and tray supports.

Incorporated CCR changes throughout this section.

Incorporated dispersal of criteria from the retired UFC 3-440-05N TROPICAL ENGINEERING, and the addition of corrosion protection criteria to coordinate with UFC 1-200-01 DoD BUILDING CODE.

Complete review and update

Updated to coordinate archiving of Section 23 09 23.13 20 BACnet Direct Digital Control Systems for HVAC to meet the requirement of 10 USC 2867 to adopt a “Department wide, Open Protocol, Energy Monitoring and Utility Control System Specification” for use in military construction and military family housing activities.
