UFGS 26 11 16 Secondary Unit Substations

Complete review and revision.

FAR/DFAR changes no longer permit the use of "brand name or equal" in the UFGS, therefore, the following language was removed from the paragraph/list WARNING SIGNS (2.5-a.), "Decal shall be Panduit No. PPSO710D72 or approved equal.".

Updated to coordinate archiving of Section 23 09 23.13 20 BACnet Direct Digital Control Systems for HVAC to meet the requirement of 10 USC 2867 to adopt a “Department wide , Open Protocol , Energy Monitoring and Utility Control System Specification” for use in military construction and military family housing activities.
