Revised throughout to incorporate CCRs 1734, 4179, 4406 and 4716. Title changed from TERMINAL HEATING AND COOLING UNITS. Modifications included, references, infrared heaters and electrical work.

UFGS sustainability/energy updates to comply with Navy and DoD policies to enforce requirements of UFC 1-200-02 "High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements".
