Department of Defense Exemption Process: WAIVER: LEED v4.0 WEp and EAp for DATA–SHARING BUILDING LEVEL METERING On 11 April 2014, USGBC granted a waiver from sharing metered data with USGBC, for all DoD projects registered and certified under LEED v4. Department of Defense Exemption Process: WAIVER: LEED WEp1 WATER USE REDUCTION–GENDER RATIO On 2 April 2014, USGBC granted a waiver to the gender ratio requirement of the Water Use Reduction credit, for all DoD projects registered and certified under LEED, any version. Project teams may use the "WAIVER: LEED WEp1 WATER USE REDUCTION–GENDER RATIO" for those project registrations under LEED that have difficulty meeting the gender ratio. GBCI LEED Offline Instructions Projects that choose LEED rating system, and contain documentation of a sensitive nature (FOUO or secured), may consider this instruction when registering and tracking with LEED. MPR 6 Department of Defense Exemption Process On 25 July 2011, USGBC granted a retro-active exemption from MPR 6 for all DoD projects certified under LEED 2009 and registered for certification under LEED 2009, and to provide the exemption from MPR 6 for future projects that register for LEED certification under LEED 2009.
