SI Editor Edit Menu - Remove All Revisions 

This command can also be executed from the SI Editor's Right-click menu or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+L.

The Remove All Revisions command reverses Revisions previously designated by ADD tags with green underlining, and DEL  tags with red strikethrough (combining the functions of Undelete Redlined Revisions and Delete Added Revisions into one action).

To reverse all revisions on the marked text (underline and strikethrough) in a Section, activate the command without highlighting any text. To reverse revisions for specific highlighted text, activate the command with the text selected.

You can use the Edit > Undo command to reverse the results of this function before the changes have been saved or the Execute Revisions command has been used.

Examples

You have used the Revisions function to mark the following text:

• <TXT>User's Guide states that <DEL>SpecsIntact will not unmark the selected text</DEL><ADD> the program will assist you by marking</ADD> revisions in the Section.</TXT>

If you select the paragraph and select Edit > Remove All Revisions or right-click and select this option from the menu that appears, the result will be:

• <TXT>The User's Guide states that SpecsIntact will not unmark the selected text revisions in the Section.</TXT>

How To Use This Feature

To Remove All Revisions:

1. In the SI Editor highlight the Added and Deleted text, and perform one of the following:

1. Right-click and select Remove All Revisions
2. Select the Edit menu and select Remove All Revisions
3. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+L
