This command can be executed from the Editor's Edit > Execute Revisions or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F8.

Executing Revisions finalizes the edits by removing all RevisionsThe Revisions command reveals or conceals Revisions that are tagged in the text. Text to be added is identified with underscoring and the addition tags, <ADD> and </ADD>. Whereas text to be deleted, or Redlined, is identified with overstriking and the delete tags, <DEL> and </DEL>, including the ADD tags. This incorporates the added text into the Section and permanently deletes all redlined text. 

Illustration Icon Indicating CautionAlways backup your Job before Executing Revisions. Revisions should not be Executed on a Job until the final submission. When you use this command, the changes are permanent and cannot be reversed with the Undo command.

How To Use This Feature
