The Table of Contents is generated through the SI Explorer's File > Process and Print/Publish > Reports tab or you can select the Process Print/Publish button. The Table of Contents (TOC) tag will encompass the Table of Contents, surrounded by a set of ITM tags with a -.69 indentation.
