SI Editor Tag Attributes

The attributes command is available by right-clicking when the cursor is positioned between these tags:

• <ITM>Item</ITM>
• <LST>List</LST>
• <TXT>Text</TXT>
• <URL>URL</URL>
• <OLI>Ordered List<\OLI>
• <SBM>Submittal</SBM>

When selecting an attribute for the ITM, LST, TXT, or URL tags, it provides the following options:

• Indent -- The Indent button on the toolbar has a default value of -0 .33. When any other size indentation is desired, use this function (or the Format  > Indentation Amount menu command). Enter the numeric value desired for the indented Item, List, or Text.
• Justify -- Select Left, Right, or Center.

• Style -- Select Bold, Italic, or Underline (also available from the Editor's Toolbar).

• Hyperlink -- This option is only available when the cursor is positioned between URL tags. It opens the Specify URL window in which you can type or browse for a hyperlink target document or website.

When selecting the attribute for the Ordered List (OLI) tag, it provides the following options:

• Increase -- This option will increase the indention to the next level.  This can also be accomplished by pressing the tab key
• Decrease -- This option will decrease the indentation to the previous level.  This can also be accomplished by pressing the Shift+tab key.

When selecting the attribute for a Submittal Description (SBM) tag, it provides the following options:

• Submittal Number - Provides the option to choose a Submittal Description number 1 - 11, that is associated with the Submittal Descriptions listed in the Definitions paragraph.
