TagsSpecsIntact relies on tags to control content, and formatting, automate processes, and generate reports. These special markers, like <SEC> and </SEC>, define elements and attributes within the specifications. Some tags, like <Page />, function independently. In essence, tags are the building blocks of SpecsIntact documents: <THD>  </THD>
Description:

Unformatted Tables have been replaced with Formatted Tables (TAB)

This tag is a subset of Unformatted Tables to identify the Table Header and must be surrounded by a Unformatted Table tag (TBL).

Can only contain TXT and RID

Illustration Icon Indicating Important Information To NoteFormatted Tables (TAB) should be used in lieu of the traditional Unformatted Tables although they will continue to be supported indefinitely. The Unformatted Table tag is used to encompass text in a table and should include a Table Header.  The older Unformatted Tables consists of free formatted text using spaces to separate columns.
