TagsSpecsIntact relies on tags to control content, and formatting, automate processes, and generate reports. These special markers, like <SEC> and </SEC>, define elements and attributes within the specifications. Some tags, like <Page />, function independently. In essence, tags are the building blocks of SpecsIntact documents: <SRF>  </SRF>
Description:

This tag is used to identify SectionA set of files within the Division of a Master or Job that covers specific aspects of construction References.  The tag encompasses a Section Number when referring to another Section and the text surrounded by the SRF tags appears violet when viewing colors. This allows SpecsIntact to verify the referenced Section is included in the project or provide the user with the opportunity to add it.

Rules:

Can only contain text.

The SRF Tag can only appear within text, item or list tags.

Double-clicking a Section Reference will either open the Section in the Editor or if the Section is missing from the Job, give the user the opportunity to add it from the Job's Primary MasterIdentifies the source Master for a Job when created to establish the primary source of specifications used in your Job. The default Master is the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) Master, or depending on the project requirements a District or Regional Master can be used.

With Tags visible, the SubpartThe levels below a Part are referred to as Subparts. These Subpart levels are then broken down into and referenced as Articles, Paragraphs and Subparagraphs, although the share the same Subpart <SPT> Tag tag looks as follows:
