This command can be executed from the SI Explorer's File menu > Process and Print/Publish > Sections tab.

This process changes the Reference ArticleAn Article within Part 1 that contains a list of the Publishing Organizations and the titles of all technical references used in the section text of each Section so that it lists only those References that are actually cited in the Section's text.  References used within the text and not found in either the Section's Reference Article or the Supplemental Reference List (SRL)A custom file maintained by the user to include reference standards not found in the UFGS Master guide specifications will appear in the Reference Verification Report results.

Illustration Icon Indicating Important Information To NoteModifications resulting from the Reference ReconciliationThis process makes changes within the Reference Article of each Section so that it lists only those References that are actually cited in that Section's text. These changes appear in the output versions of the Sections (.prn, .doc and .pdf) not in the original .sec files process are made to the Processed files (.prn) and not the Section files (.sec).  Each time a new Processed file (.prn) is generated, it will overwrite the previous one.

Since the process used in Address ReconciliationThis process should be used in conjunction with Reference Reconciliation. It changes the Job's Sources for Reference Publications Section, making it unique to the Job by listing only the Sponsoring Organizations for References cited throughout the job. These changes appear in the output versions of the Section (.prn, .doc. and .pdf), not in the original .sec file builds on the Reference Reconciliation process, it is advisable to run the two simultaneously.
