This command can be executed from the SI Explorer's File menu and Right-click menu.

This command allows you to export the search results of the last search performed on the Job or Master. The exported file (SearchResults.htm) will be available in the SpecsIntact Explorer and located in the JobA specific facility construction project that consists of a group of guide specifications (Section (.sec) files) that are adapted to the project or MasterA group of standard Government agency (Master) Guide Specifications used in the preparation of a Job Exports folder.

The generated file can be accessed in a web browser, Microsoft Excel, or shared through email.

Illustration Icon Indicating StopThe Search and Replace results are saved in a temporary 'Result Files' subfolder within the Job or Master folder.  This subfolder will remain only until SpecsIntact is closed.  Subsequent exports will overwrite the file (SearchResults.htm) therefore, if you want to keep the previous file, make a copy before performing this action again. The files in this subfolder are your working copy and should not be deleted from this location.
