Description:

This tag is no longer used but remains for backward compatibility.

 

This tag is used to identify changes to the specification.  This allows the user to see what has changed in the SectionA set of files within the Division of a Master or Job that covers specific aspects of construction from the last release to the current release.

Illustration Icon Indicating Important Information to NoteOther than identifying information that has been changed in the Section, the Change (CHG) tag has no effect on the processing of the Section at all.  The Change tags can be removed by using the SI Explorer's Remove Change Tags command on either the File menu (for an entire Job or Master) or Sections menu (for individual selected Sections).  This function removes only the TagsSpecsIntact relies on tags to control content, and formatting, automate processes, and generate reports. These special markers, like <SEC> and </SEC>, define elements and attributes within the specifications. Some tags, like <Page />, function independently. In essence, tags are the building blocks of SpecsIntact documents, not the text located between them.
