• SpecsIntact technical assistance is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time (ET)
• Voice mail messages may be left before and after hours
• User questions may also be submitted by email 24 hours a day to SpecsIntact@usace.army.mil
• Messages received after 4:30 PM ET will be answered the following business day in the order they were received

  • To download the most recent version of SpecsIntact
  • The Support & Help Center centralizes user tools to include eLearning Modules (video tutorials), the Installation Guide, QuickStart Guides (Numeric and Alphanumeric), the Knowledge Base for researching Frequently Asked Questions, Technical Notes , Release Notes, and news about software enhancements and issues as well as the Web-Based Help.
