This command can be executed from the SI Explorer's Process menu.

Generate Supplemental Reference List

This function is primarily used in Jobs to create a new list from the source chosen at the bottom of the screen below Master Reference ListThe Reference List (REFKYLST.RPT) includes all the References cited in the Job, followed by the Sections and Subpart Numbers where they can be found to use.  If a list already exists, running this function will overwrite the existing list.

Edit List

Allows you to edit an existing Master Reference List.  This is the only means by which you can edit the Master Reference List, since it does not appear in the SI Explorer.

Allows you to print the existing Master Reference List.

Standard Windows Commands

How to Generate a Master Reference List

  1. From the SpecsIntact Explorer, select the Process menu and choose Reference Processing
  2. From Reference Processing, select the Master Reference List tab
  3. Below Action, select Generate list from SectionA set of files within the Division of a Master or Job that covers specific aspects of construction Reference Articles List
  4. Select OK

How to Edit a Master Reference List

  1. From the SpecsIntact Explorer, select the Process menu and choose Reference Processing
  2. From Reference Processing, select the Master Reference List tab
  3. Below Action, select Edit List
  4. Select OK
