
This command can be executed from the Editor's Toolbar, Right-click menu or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F.
Allows you to search for specified keywords and options.

Search For
Enter the search term or choose from the list box (saves previous search terms)
Options
- Whole Word -- Searches for the text to be replaced only in whole word form. It will not find the text if it is a partAll sections are divided into three parts: General, Products, and Execution of another word. Keep in mind that finding a plural word will be affected by this choice - entering "tile" will not find "tiles."
- Ignore Tags - Finds all occurrences of the search criteria while disregarding the tags, even when tags are visible.
- Ignore Upper/Lowercase -- Finds all occurrences of the entry, disregarding case.
Search
- From Cursor -- Searches from the cursor location when the window is open to the end of the file.
- Entire File -- Searches the entire document from beginning to end.
Standard Windows Commands
The OK button will execute and save selections made and make them partAll sections are divided into three parts: General, Products, and Execution of your Job's properties.
The Cancel button will close the window without recording any selections or changes entered.
The Help button will open the Help Topic for this window.
How To Use This Feature
To permanently Delete, you must do the following
- In the SI Editor, select the Find button on the Toolbar or Ctrl+F
- Place your cursor in the text field below Search For and enter the search term, or select one from the dropdown list
- Select one of the search Options to search Whole Word or Ignore Upper/Lowercase
- Select Search From Cursor or Entire File

Select OK
To continue to Find subsequent occurrences, use the F3 key or the Find Next
button on the Editor's Toolbar.
